Bridie Monds-Watson is a young lass from Derry, Northern Ireland who makes some mighty fine indie folk dream pop music. Her stage name is SOAK and she has just released her second full length called Grim Town. I liken it to an adventure exploring modern relationships and how they work in the 21st century. I hear a lot of Portishead in her music and yet it's still her own, unique voice.
