MTV really shaped my teenage years. Every time I hear a track that was in heavy video rotation, my inner nostalgia explodes for those endless hours watching that music channel.
Howard Jones was all over MTV in the 80's. The Southhampton native churned out mighty fine bubblegum pop that stuck with you forever. From 1986, here is one of my faves for Throwback Thursday.
