Andy Stark (Wye Oak) has just released his latest project and it's magnificent. Performing under the name Joyero, this Baltimore native's first solo effort, entitled Release the Dogs, is a drone filled pop mess full of sonic love. It's been in constant rotation on my iPhone this week and it should be the same on all of your devices.
